You may have to check your email in-box before leaving for work, but the computer too long to enter into the operating system. These problems may come from hardware or software contained in your computer. When you install an application, the application might create a configuration to run when the computer start-up. If you just install some programs do not matter, but if you often install many applications will cause the computer to start up very slowly.
You can find out what applications are running when start-up by going to the Start Menu, select Run and type “msconfig” (without the quotes) and press the enter key. System Configuration Utility window will open and select the Start-up tab. Uncheck the applications you do not need at start up and then click the OK button. The system will ask for restart to apply the changes and after the computer restarts, you will feel that the computer start-up time is faster than before. You can reduce the number of programs that are no longer in use through the Control Panel and select Add / Remove Programs. In addition to increasing the capacity of hard disk, your computer performance will increase, including the time for start-up.
After you perform the steps above, run the Disk Defragmenter to sort all the files in order to facilitate the search process the file. After that, do Disk Cleanup to clean up garbage files left behind when you remove an application or data.
Perform this treatment regularly so that your computer remains in the best condition and can help you complete tasks quickly.
